Maurice father,grandfather all around good guy! Maurice
Brings his managerial skills to his position in our organization.
Maurice serves as our pitmaster he prides himself on his
barbecue skills. He has spent innumerable hours mastering his
techniques' and has not stopped his pursuit for the best Ribs in
town. You absolutely must try Lloyd's succulent Barbecue Ribs!
Vanessa serves a duel role in our organization; she has the
responsibility of functioning in our front office as our Director of
Sales, and she competently runs offsite catering kitchen. Vanessa
is our resident professional bartender and club manager so she
brings an immeasurable amount of experience to her role in our
organization. She studied for her BA in Accounting from Chicago
State University; there is No one more capable of holding it down.
Ms. Toya, daughter of Veronica, The team member with the big
personality, she never meets a stranger! LaToya is diligent in her
role as our Catering Sales Manager she is also apart of our
catering team. She is a professional bartender and is also
experienced in club management.
Veronica serves as our Director of Food and Beverage as well as our
Party Planner. She has worked in the trenches, and has the work
experience of a master planner. She takes care of the details you entrust
to us, and make sure that you get exactly what you want and more!
Veronica is also a part of our catering team and responsible for creating
our brand...she is the creative force behind our company, and has the
vision! Veronica has worked in customer service for over thirty years
and studied for her BA in Business Administration from Indiana Institute
of Technology. She also serves as CEO of our parent company Erma's
Boutique Inc.
Head Cook ...mother of Veronica, Maurice and Grandmother to
LaToya & Tiara is our go to person in the kitchen. Erma has many
years of food preparation experience; she was taught at an early
age by her grandmother that one of the most important things you
do for people is feed them! She has served in management
positions for a major corporate financial institution and is the CFO
of Erma's Boutique Inc.
Tiara, daughter of Maurice...is responsible for food prep she is
our Chef in training. Tiara is now preparing to enter culinary
school! At the rate she is going we may be turning over the entire
business to her within the next five years!
People exclaim "that's impossible" (until it isn't). People whine "that'll never happen" (until it does). People sneer "You're wasting your time" (until it it pays off). History books are filled with people who were called Crazy by those who were Lazy.

Jimmie Steele, husband to Erma, father to Veronica & Maurice,
grandfather and great grandfather. Jimmie is a truck driver by trade
and is responsible for our transportation and delivery he is also one of
our biggest promoters. Jimmie would say that he fills in the gaps. He's
here to fix what we mess up!
