WEDDING AND EVENT PRICING
We offer different pricing options for weddings, events and some other extra services. Those options are listed below; we are also willing to create custom packages, if needed, to suit any special needs that you may have.
Pricing is subject to change at any time. Changes do not affect any booked events or any price quotes given within one month prior to the change.
WEDDINGS
Consultation - Free of Charge
A consultation is absolutely commitment free; it is the perfect tool to help you make a confident decision when choosing whether or not having a professional coordinator is right for you. You will receive free advice and guidance. We can also discuss the advantages to having a professional and personal event coordinator and outline what Simply Stunning Events is capable of doing to make your wedding less stressful, less expensive, higher quality, and more personalized.
" Free one hour in-person meeting.

Simplicity (The Guidance Package) - $100
This package is perfect for the couple who wants to do it all! These services will give you the opportunity to ask questions, learn to use some helpful programs, and receive assistance in budget planning and design concept creation. (This package can also be combined with the Day-Of Coordination package)
" Up to eight hours of in-person guidance (each meeting may not exceed two and a half hours, and may not be shorter than an hour).
Simplistic Choice (The Referral Package) - starting at $100
This package is great for couples who want assistance in choosing the best possible vendors for their budget, needs, style, and preferences. Finding the perfect vendor among so many seemingly fantastic options can be incredibly overwhelming and time consuming. A Simplistic Choice package guarantees that all of your vendors will be licensed; insured, experienced, and we make sure they will have great references and a good reputation. This package is an especially great choice for those having difficulty finding vendors that fit into their budgets.

" Recommendations for all of your needed vendors or venues. Recommendations will be based on your particular needs and desires.


Simple Day (The Day-Of Coordination Package) - Starting at $400
Day-of coordination actually begins several days prior to your big day. This package is perfect for the couple who want to enjoy their special day to the fullest, and who want to ensure that they and their loved ones don't have to lift a finger!

. Unlimited communication by phone or e-mail.

. One in-person meeting prior to the day-of to confirm details and discuss any special concerns.

.Any needed etiquette guidance.

.Confirmation of all vital details with all of your vendors prior to the day-of.

. Mediation between vendors to avoid conflict and insure that their schedules and duties do not interfere with another's.

. Planning of a detailed vendors' timeline which will be provided to any applicable vendors (generally the photographer, caterer, DJ, and florist).

.Planning of detailed rehearsal, ceremony, and reception timeline which will be provided to the wedding party.

. Management of the timeline.

. Planning of the processional, recessional and entrance schedules and orders.

. Up to two hours on-site instruction and coordination of the rehearsal (for couples being married in an L.D.S. temple a reception entrance can be a fun alternative).

.Up to eight hours of on-site coordination on the day-of(additional hours are negotiable).

. Reception and management of on-site deliveries on the day-of.

. Up to 3 hours on site for assistance and overseeing of the set up of chairs, tables, linens, floral arrangements, decor, guest book, favors, stationary items and more.

. Instruction of ceremony including guest seating, processional, and recessional.

.Instruction of the bridal party entrance for the reception.

. Insure that any special items (gifts, guest book, couples toasting glasses, top layer of the cake, etc.) are sent away safely with the designated persons once your wedding is done.

. Delivery of any last minute payments and tips.

. Handling of any mis-hap to the best of my abilities.

. Assistance and overseeing of the cleanup of the linens, floral arrangements, decor and more.



Simply Stunning (The Full Coordination Package) - Starting at $1000
A Full Coordination Package includes the entire Day-Of Coordination package. This is the best choice for a couple who wants to ensure that every decision and experience is enjoyable and stress free. You can have as much or as little control as you like. You make the fun choices and then I work out the business, budgeting, scheduling and logistical details. You ONLY dream of the perfect day, while I handle back up plans for any not-so-perfect possibilities to ensure that your big day is as disaster proof as possible!

. Multiple in-person meetings (the amount will be determined by the length of the planning period, your needs, and your communication preferences).

. Vendor and venue recommendations.

. Accompaniment to, and scheduling of, meetings and tastings.

. Any needed assistance in choosing products and services.

. Management of negotiations, contracts, schedules, and confirmations.

.Reminders for all due payments.

.Style, trend, and design guidance and assistance.

.Establishment of a personalized budget plan.

. Monitoring of the set budget.

. Suggestions for cost effective options and alternatives.

. Assistance in the establishment of a seating plan.

. Creation a detailed timeline for the preparation period prior to your wedding day.

. Management of the preparation timeline.

.Handling of any complications changes or mishaps prior to your wedding day.
